How it works

From a first conversation to an app you keep building yourself.

1. Introduction

We look at how you work today: which lists, which programs, what often goes wrong and what takes the most time. Then you get a proposal: what the first version can do, when it's ready and what it costs.

2. The first version

I build the foundation of your app. It runs in the browser on your computer, tablet and phone, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. You get your own address, such as yourbusiness.naaiko.be, and later your own domain if you like.

  • Log in with your email address and a code by email: no passwords to forget.
  • Roles per person: who sees what, who may change what.
  • You manage access yourself: invite colleagues or revoke access.
  • Data and photos stored in Europe, with daily backups.
  • A test version with sample data, to try every change first.

3. Fine-tune it with your own AI chatbot

You get your own AI chatbot. We connect it to your app and give you access. It knows your app and what is and isn't allowed. Adapting your app is just a quick chat. You describe in plain language what you'd like to change, for example:

Add a field "VAT number" to the customer card, below the address. It may stay empty.

The chatbot makes the change, checks it and puts it in your test version. Only when you say so does it go live. You take out your own subscription with the chatbot provider. In your account you'll find a step-by-step guide, a glossary and help to phrase your questions well.

4. I keep an eye on it

Every change is tracked: who changed what and when. If something goes wrong, I see right away what happened and fix it. Bigger extensions, such as a link with your webshop or accounting, I do myself.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to program?

No. You describe in the chat what you want, the chatbot does the rest. When in doubt, it asks you a question.

What if the chatbot gets something wrong?

Every version is kept. Going back to a previous version takes one click, and I can always step in.

Who owns my data?

You do. It's stored in Europe and you can always request or export it.

Can you just do everything for me?

Of course. Adapting it yourself is an option, not an obligation.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The app runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen, like a regular app.

AI as a stumbling block

Anyone can make a funny photo or plan a trip with AI. Building an app is something else.

If it goes wrong, you just try again. Nothing is at stake.

An app takes skills and control

  • Setting up hosting, a database and keys
  • Who may see what: logins, roles, security
  • Backups, versions and a way back
  • Choices that are hard to undo later

Without experience you quickly get carried away: an app that half works, data that leaks, or a mistake you can't undo.

Doesn't this exist already? There are AI tools to build an app yourself. We are a service.

AI app builders

You get a hammer and a bag of cement

Building, setting up, securing, maintaining and explaining it to your team: you do it all yourself. When you get stuck, you're on your own.

Naaiko's workshop

You get a house that stands, and the keys

We build it, keep it safe and keep an eye on it. You furnish it, with your own AI chatbot.
