Naaiko's workshop builds custom apps for small businesses, which they then adapt themselves with their own AI chatbot. The product is built and running at customers. What we're looking for now: people who help us get known.
Why it works
A lean company
Low fixed costs. Hosting for all apps together costs a few euros a month today, and the platform does the heavy lifting.
Growth = customers
Every customer brings revenue right away: a setup from €2,500 and a monthly subscription. Costs only grow with the number of customers.
The platform is built
Logins, roles, manuals per role, test versions, invoicing and in-app help: every new customer starts faster than the last.
Two real cases
JDW Backoffice runs at Julian de Wolfe. Focus en Rust, software for hypnotherapists, is moving to our platform soon.
What we're asking
Main ask: marketing
The product is there; what's missing is that people get to know us. An investment goes first and foremost into awareness: campaigns, content, events and partners (accountants, web builders) who bring in customers. Every euro of marketing turns directly into customers.
Secondary ask: AI costs and hosting
We'd also like to pre-finance AI costs and hosting, so we can move ahead while the number of customers grows.
The market
Flanders has about 76,000 SMEs with 1 to 49 employees: businesses with a team, but without an IT department. That's exactly who we build for.
